Fully-funded PhD in Human Geography at Plymouth University

We are delighted to offer one PhD studentship in human geography to suitably qualified candidates for the academic year commencing 1st October 2013.

Applicants must have at least a 2:1 degree in Geography (or a related subject) or equivalent qualification, or an MA/MSc degree or research/work experience in a relevant area.

The studentship is supported for 3 years and includes full Home/EU tuition fees plus a stipend of £13,726 per annum. The studentship will only fully fund those applicants who are eligible for Home/EU fees with relevant qualifications. Applicants normally required to cover overseas fees will have to show evidence in their application that they can cover the difference between the Home/EU and the overseas tuition fee rates (approximately £9,790 per annum).
